Manisha Bajaj

A founding member of WeWork India, Manisha Bajaj has 13+ years of experience in design and workplace strategy. She leads the Design Studio and Standards & Innovation vertical, shaping scalable, high-impact design across the portfolio. Her work balances creativity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence to deliver distinctive member experiences.

Sanjay Ghosh

With 22+ years of experience and 40+ million sq. ft. delivered, Sanjay Ghosh leads Building Engineering (MEP & ICT). He oversees integrated systems from concept to commissioning, ensuring safe, sustainable, and future-ready infrastructure. His expertise spans aviation, healthcare, transit, and commercial developments.

Punit Garg

An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with 15+ years across real estate and hospitality, Punit Garg leads Supply engagements. He drives capital-efficient expansion, landlord partnerships, and technical due diligence, ensuring disciplined portfolio growth. Previously, he helped scale Treebo Hotels across 80+ cities and led strategic initiatives at Lodha Group.
